Quality and service

<p>I bought a bed in Sept 2015 and march 2016 it started unraveling and I reported it and they delivered a new mattress in june the same mattress that was delivered in June within 7 months of exchange the *****s are sticking out side ways .I reported it again and the lady from Restonic called and said I should pay R650.00 which I think it is unfair cause I didn't own the bed for a year and the bed quality is not good at all .when I bought it I thought it would last me for at least 7 years but I was wrong .HOUSE AND HOME IS NOT SELLING GOOD QUALITY. If I wanted a cheap bed I would have went to another store that sells cheap beds that don't have good quality. Fix it. </p>
