Purchasing gift cards
Checkers followed other retailers by having gift cards available at till points, which is very convenient to purchase. However, can someone please teach cashiers and sometimes even the manager how to load these cards. They are so 'scared' of just trying, that the minute they see a gift card they pass the buck to the Money Market. There is always queues at Money Market, and why must I go to two till points if I can only use one? Please train your cashiers!
