Promotions Don’t Come Off

Checkers Canal Walk is cheating customers. They often have promotions advertised on the shelves and without fail when I check my slip the deals have not gone off. It then means standing at the customer service kiosk to get a refund. It’s essentially the same as *****ing as customers don’t always check their slips and often don’t have time to wait for a refund on overcharged items. I have brought this up several times with different managers and they also say “sorry” but don’t change and also don’t remove the promotions labels from the shelves. This is bad form Checkers. Your promotions are a #win but we all lose when you don’t follow through.
