Promise for raincheck

Good day,

I have asked for the superbrite dishwasher 30 tablets that was on special and the Checkers in Strubenvalley and 14th Avenue said they would let me know when stock arrives again.

Yesterday I followed up with the Manager at the Checkers at 14th Avenue and she said they do not do rainchecks

I am very disappointed as they never have the stock that is on special in stock and not happy that they did not let us know they don't do rainchecks from the start. I wod have then made sure I go to another branch.
