This store is very impressive. - on the Sixty60 App you can leave a note to say they must not shop items that won’t give you the discount if there isn’t 3for2 (as an example), they follow the customer’s wishes to the core.

If there’s delivery delays or more than 50% of your items not on stock, they refund you the whole delivery fee and won’t charge you the items you did not receive.

Their refunds are always 3 working days straight, or it’s just me (smiling).

The only reason I’m not giving them a stellar 5 star is the images on their app, they should at least have 2-3 images of an item and detailed descriptions, dimensions, material type especially for home, DIY, appliances and gardening items, it’s literally a guessing game for the customer.

Other than that, happy customer thus far.
