Good Day,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a Taystee Wheat product purchased from Checkers, which is one of your brands. I previously also complained about the potatoes and milk that I had bought and still no feedback and here I am again with also another product

Upon opening the packet, I discovered insects inside the package, despite it being sealed. This is extremely concerning and utterly unacceptable, as it raises serious food safety and quality control concerns.

I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by this experience and would appreciate your urgent assistance in advising on the way forward. I trust that this matter will be addressed promptly and professionally.

Please note that I would prefer to resolve this matter directly with your company before escalating it further.
