Product expired 3 years ago

I purchased gluten free pasta from Checkers on 15 November 2023. I prepared a meal for 4 people and once we sat down to eat we immediately tasted that it was old. I checked the expiry date and it was September 2020. They had a product on the shelves that expired 3 years ago.
