Good Day to whom it may concern

I bought Checkers branded Shortbread biscuits because it was cheaper then the other brand people would normally buy. I was expecting the product to satisfy my taste buds the exact way it would normally when eating Shortbread biscuits, soft fluffy and melts in your mouth. But to my disappointment it was as hard as rocks and unfortunately coffee or tea was the only way to get it down. Im sure you were aiming on giving us a satisfactory product that could compete with your competitors for less the price, but you have missed the mark
