Problems with on line communication with Checkers WESTVILLE

Problem with their on line praise or complaints page.

1) I sent through a praise about 2 weeks ago. No responce. 2) I then sent through a complaint about the no responce and again no responce. 3) their page is not user friendly. When you get to the review point and you choose a heading then you cannot enter which I thought would be normal. Only TAB allows you to move to next section to write your prise or complaint.
