Pricing items issues

I'm so disappointed with the service I got from checkers Mall @ 55, after I was asked to be honest about a pricing situation, worse I was dealing with the manager ,being told I will never get the item with the price that was on the shelf because it was a wrong item placed there ,I mean the whole shelf was full of the items , @ somepoint we really need to respect each other . Even after I clearly explained that i based my purchasing decision on the price I saw and believe it should be honored,the manager continued to say you are not getting it and walked away,the experience was just awful.
