Price query

On the 15th of June 2022 I went with my colleagues to buy some few groceries and when We were busy buying We saw the rainbow Viennas that were on special.. On the price tag they have written 2*1kg of Viennas and get 500g free for R99. 99 however when We suppose to pay they told Us they made a mistake they should written 1kg plus free 500g of rainbow Viennas which cost R99. 99 but when We tried to show the manager France Thulare their mistake.. He became rude and had an attitude trying to fight Us..and also he said he is going to call the head office however he didn't come back to Us and explain.. Mind You it was cold and We also waited for an hour or more to be assisted.. I believe he is not been trained enough and he couldn't accept their mistake.. We were so cross with his behavior and now We don't feel good on buying from checkers grocery again due to the lake of treatment.. We are so disappointed because a simple was supposed to be explained to Us in a good manner.
