Pot scrubber piece in my food

I'm so mad with what I found in my food from nicolway checkers today. I bought cooked pieces of chicken and I chewed a little of a pot scourer (scrubber) while eating. Imagine if I had swallowed that. I'm so disappointed. I need a refund.
