POOR/Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today I was at Cherkers Loftus Park Pretoria to do Some shopping and I came across B-well Olive oil that had a big ticket priced" R64. 99 each and buy 1 at R39. 99 on the same ticket" I took 2 and my friend took 1 there two ladies who also took 1. When I went to the tills I was assisted by till operator Thabo who went to double check what was on the ticket, the olive oil scanned at R109. 99 and she called Dennis I believe he is a Supervisor the guy lack customer service at all the first thing he said it's impossible that the product could be R109. 99 not even checking the ticket he said to us he is going to call his colleague Martin to sort it out we stood there for almost 20 minutes without help, and I went and knocked at a office near the till podium for assistance and Cluadia front Line manager came out, she was also not helping saying its impossible that she can give us the item at R39 the cooking oil is the one at R39 and it's finished, she didn't even apppologise to us instead she was upset. She offered us a rain check and we refused she left and went to check the items and came back with Dennis accusing us of putting the ticket at a wrong place. I was so angry because firstly I work in a retail store and I know some kinds of error happens but I can not go around accusing customers about changing tickets, Secondly the ticket had an erra it stated that the item is R65 each and you buy one of the item at R39. 99 I even took a picture of the ticket, thirdly CPA states that the price you see on the item it's the price you get. I asked about the CPA and they failed to answer me they are so *********** and lack customer service training I am very disappointed because I am a regular at that store but the service I received is just nonsense...
