Poor Work Ethic of Staff

I have been to this Checkers a few times now and every time I have had a bad experience. I have spoken to the manager before regarding the poor work ethic from some of the staff members, to no avail. You enter the store and immediately you enter a state of chaos. Some staff members are shouting loudly to each other to such an extent that your ears will resound. In the isles staff members stand around and chat. It is a busy store as there are not many grocery stores in Tzaneen, but the queues are long waiting to pay as staff members do not seem to focus on their work, they are instead chatting to one another, loudly. Today, 29 April 2023 was another such experience. I was waiting in a queue for a long time. When my turn came to pay, the cashier was being talked to by another staff member continuously. The staff member was not working. Since the cashier could not concentrate on her job, she charged me twice for the same item. When confronted, the cashier was passive and unapologetic. The floor manager refunded me. I have never had a good shopping experience in this shop.
