Poor Till point service

Experience poor at Brookside Mall, Pietermaritzburg branch. I was in till 12, I was directed by one of the Checkers staff to use it. It was a few minutes before 19h30. The lady who assisted me didn’t want do it because her colleagues were saying she’s rushing to go home. She gave me bad service and made it look like I was an annoyance to her. Please coach your staff on customer service and the meaning of customer satisfaction in retail.
