Poor Stuff

<p>Poor Stuff. On Monday the 27th of June 2016 at Checkers in Cresta Mall i was dissapointed with the attitude of Thoko Mkhonza the Teller. My wife and i asked for R50 Neotel Data while paying for the groceries we had made, Thoko gave us R50 Neotel airtime. When my wife told her she gave us attitude and told us Data is R49 not R50 and we are the one's at fault, i approached the manager and then after she told me that since i decided to go pass her and go straight to the manager she'll not assist me. The manager decided to take her story over mine. </p> <p> </p> <p>Mistakes happens and coz we people we are capable of making mistakes but the attitude she gave us was what made me sick and made us feel like we were at fault. </p> <p>I'm not asking for miracles but better service and understing.</p>
