Poor service with return of broken appliance

We love checkers convenient and everything we need under one roof. Bur recently had a very bad experience. You always get told to keep the slip so we did. My wife baught me a blender 26/11/2023 Used it a few times and now its not working. She took it back about two weeks ago with the slip and we were told they cant change it or attend to the matter due to us not having the box now might i add she did swipe he lr checkers card and i am sure serial numbers or something can be traced and she was just sent away. Now this infuriates me. These people work because we are the paying customer to be treated with sich disrespect then to get told u need the box without even trying to assist and the slips also states clearly keep the slip for proof of purchase. What a bad experience at Zevenwacht checkers in kuilsriver cape town. Dont recomend buying electric appliances they are not much help if it packs up
