Poor service to black customers

Was at Checkers Cradlestone, i Normally buy the Nescafe gold capuchino sweetened sachets, so today where they Normally put them they're not there,there's the othe flavors ,but not the red one

I asked them to open the box for me they said they dont open a box,they only wait fo the damaged boxes to be open,then they sell the sachets

I then asked how is that possible as i always buy them never have i ever heard that response,some lady wearing the controller Satch said sorry i cannot be helped

And it made me wonder if is it because i am black working in the mall ,that i got undermined like that
