Poor Service & Stock Availability Prono
Went in to purchase a airfryer thats on promotion at Edenvale Hyper, no stock available. Asked for dept manager who eventually came and after long discussion said he would call other stores to check for stock and now for kicker, will let me jnow by Friday if he found anything👎
Where are the days that you could uae a phone to make calls today and let customers know the same day when the item will be at the store. Obviously a R2500 sale is not important anymore

14 Aug 2024, 11:21I went into Edenvale Hyper on Monday morning to purchase a airfryer that is on promo. Could not find the item so staff member assisted with checking and informed me to go to Kempton. I asked for item to be brought to Edenvale and he then called non-foods manager to assist.
Non-foods manager informed me that item at Kempton is not correct item but took my number and promised a call back on Monday or latest Tuesday with regards collecting item.
It is now 11:15 on Wednesday and no call back from management, obviously a R2500 sale is not important to the store.
