POOR SERVICE +RACIAL ISSUE

i went to checkers liquor on Friday around 18:55 the store closes at 19:00 , what happened is i went to the back to get the Bernini blush and Heineken and was told that Heineken is not available , i then asked them to let my boyfriend in because he is the one who wants the unavailable stock so that he can buy his preferred choice , they refused and opened a door a bit for me so that i can get money from him , then Boom Rendani started saying in setswana "RE TLA YA GAE MARA KAJENO "(Will we ever go home , i turned around and said yes sisters you will go home ,i asked them why are they talking to me like that she rep**** and said to me in setswana gain "akere wa jikajika ga o itse o batlang " i said but then i want heineken it's not there , MY boyfriend is still outside that time . the cleaning guy said hey 'YOU PEOPLE " i asked him also what are you saying to me , Then a guy by the door I'm not sure if it's security or manager but he had no name tag looked at me with disrespected, then came a white guy , that time it was 19:03 store closed doors closed, boyfriend outside but then they opened for the white guy , i asked why did they open for the white guy and left my BLACK BOYFRIEND OUTSIDE , THEY COULDN'T ANSWER ME , This is a racial issue and zero customer service etiquette .
