Poor service levels

The "Pensioners only" till operator refuses to help any customer that is not a pensioner. I had 3 items to purchase, no pensioners in sight, but she still refuses to help. I had to wait 5 minutes in the quick queue, while there were no customers at the "Pensioners Till" It is nice to help the pensioners, but if there are no pensioners, please help the younger customers as well.
