Poor service *********** management

<p>Bought a phillips hairdryer from checkers equinox in Jeffreys bay just over a year ago....on/off.switch gave problems so i returned it as it states 2 year warranty .....manager on duty very unprofessional chewing while she assist ....stating that checkers got a one year warranty on electronics and it is the customers duty to return the product directly to phillips it got nothing to do.with checkers ...still awaits a return call from the branch</p>
