Poor service from support

On the 19th of December i placed an order, all items were shopped but just before delivery the order was canceled on sixty60 side, (the pre-authorization amount was reserved on my bank account) i phoned the call centre twice for assistance and was told that i will be called back which never happened. The final amount for the order has now went off my bank account on the 23rd. I have sent numerous emails and still not being assisted, i was informed that the matter was escalated to the second level support and i will be contacted shortly, however since the 19th no one has bothered to call back and now my emails are ignored. This is disgusting, you guys are *****ing my money for products and services not rendered!!!
