Poor service from security staff at checkers hyper Eastgate

I visited checkers hyper Eastgate on Saturday the 4th of April to buy some meat , as I was walking around there there were two staff members one standing next to refrigerators and one next to the butchery entrance where my purse disappeared I'm really disappointed on how the security team handled this matter they didn't bother tracinf or chrcking the footage and my purse was found on another trolley all my money was gone I'm just wondering what's the purpose of the footage and the only response I got was they not going to assist because their railer won't show the ilse and I'm getting a sense that whoever stole my purse is one of the staff members I seriously can't get that out of my head I thought that was the safest place to go to but after how this matter was handled I felt that nobody cares about their customers can someone relooked in to this and give me ferdback because I'm really disappointed
