POOR SERVICE FROM PHUMEZA MABANGULA METLIFE MALL IN KING WILLIAMS TOW

I'm disgusted about the service I received today from cashier called Phumeza Mabangula, her attitude towards customers is poor, I don't think the knows how to treat customers with respect greetig customer at point of sale is important, I don't know if it's me or asking customers if I would like plastic she didn't even asked I had to ask for plastic myself. She was so rude and she was not even friendly towards me she treated me as if I was there to borrow the staff that I had to pay for. She forgot she app**** for job promising that she will treat all customers with respect and be friendly towards them. I left there confused and disappointed the treatment she gave me. She didn't even asked If I have xtra savings card like other cashier usually do.
