Poor service from management

I went to checkers mall@Carnival today to purchase a bicycle for my granddaughter. They didn’t have one in a box and there were no staff to assist. My wife went and called the manager Annemarie Grobler who came there busy on her phone. Then she just said yes?? I told her I was looking for a bicycle in a box , she turned around and walked away . After a while she came back with a staff member and said the customer is looking for a bicycle. They started talking and I said if they could please assist as I have been in the store for a long time. I’m paying for the bike so they not doing me favors. I said I would contact Hennie van Rooyen to come and assist as they were not willing to do so. Then the staff member said they have to get one from the store room. They just came from the store room with the supposed to be a manager!!! This poor service in this store continues and after numerous complaints nobody from the store or HO has made an effort to contact us! The brand we can trust they say but so much of arrogance that they don’t acknowledge their customers.
