Poor Service from Festival mall shop

Festival mall Checkers Hyper force you take a trolley to buy 1 item.. At 7 30am in the morning with no one shopping. Then you arent even allowed to go through express because the space isn't even enough for the stupid trolley.. Told the manager that, was told there is no one in shop so it isn't an issue.. And if they catch you without a trolley you will be told to leave shop.. There isnt even 1 meter distance between you and the teller.. Poor service for a poor shop..
