Poor service from customer service

Poor customer service from call centre service consultant. I called the call center to lodge my complaint and I spoke to Gcobisa. I told her I took a picture of a bag of apricot which rotted and I have the till slip. The fruit was so bad that I had to take a picture in the sink and I had no choice but to throw the fruit. She tells me I must take the pictures to the store and the store will make a decision. I find this very inconsiderate especially in these trying times that we are in. I asked to speak to the manager of the call center and she said she cannot transfer the call but she will get the manager to call. This is definitely not service I expect.
