Poor service from Checkers Sixty60

On the 23rd February I bought stuff from checkers via Checkers Sixty60 app. The delivery estimation was between 10h00-11h00 but then I received a message that my products are delivered two minutes after they've been picked up from the store. The next thing I received a call from their delivery guy that his brother will be delivering my products in the next ten minutes only to receive them 40 minutes later. I reported this to Checkers Sixty60 online customer care and they told me that they are sorry and someone will contact me after they have done their investigation. To date I haven't received any call from Checkers Sixty60 customer service. I'm really disappointed with the service I received and the sad part is that it is the first time I use this service 😔 😞
