Poor service from Checkers Head Office

I wrote a complaint on Checkers' website complaints line in January about the inferior quality of one of their housebrand products but have never received a response. Three weeks ago I followed this up with a phone call on the 4th February and was directed to one of their buyers by who promised to take the matter up with the manufacturer and get back to me. Last week in the absence of any feedback I phoned back and was told that the buyer is busy but she would phone me back. Well guess what my phone call hasn't been returned and still no feedback on my complaint!!!
