Poor service

Hi I'm writing this review of the experience that I had today at checkers menlyn. I was on the call and when it was my turn to order I did and the guy at the fish market department heard me and he chose to ignore me and told me he can't help me cause I'm on the phone and I asked so nicely if there's no hake then he said if you don't see it on the bowl"dish" then we clearly don't have I've never been so angry and disappointed at the service I got today. Checkers menlyn doesn't know what customer service is.
