Poor service delivery from Sandy Solomon @ Checkers Liquor, Moffett on Main Port Elizabeth

I’m astonished about the poor service delivery I received from the liquor controller, Sandy Solomon @ Checkers Moffet on Main in Port Elizabeth. My mom and I were there to return a good and she was so rude. She didn’t even greet us or explain to us the process of returning a good. Instead she called her Manager in front of us to ask if can she do the exchange or not. Thereafter that she did the whole exchange in front of us (not saying a word of engagement) or explain that instead of crediting us with cash - she will give us a voucher because of this reason. It was as if we were there to beg for customer service.
