Poor service - Checkers, The Reef, Germiston

On a daily basis I have to provide lunch for American visitors. I went on various occasions to buy something for the visitors at the Checkers, The Reef, Germiston. The services is absolutely pathetic to say the least!! You have to wait an average of 15 minutes for them to help you whilst they are having their hen party at the back. Even if you call, the just ignore you and continue chatting. I requested food and they had no container to put the food in. The lady could see that the food would not fit into the plastic packed she took out but yet she tried to squash my food in. She was clearly not happy when I told her I don't want my food squashed. I eventually got a bigger container from the salad bar. My food were still hanging over the container whereby she sealed it with clingwrap. She hasn't completed my order but started helping someone else. I had to get something else to feed my visitors. The pizza I bought was ice cold as if it was kept in a fridge (Left over from the previous day) and it was rock hard. It was so embarrassing to even dish it up for the visitors. There is not enough people behind the deli counter to assist during peak times. Some or I can say all of the assistants behind the deli counter is reluctant to assist. it is very frustrating as our lunch time is only 30 minutes. I am raising this as it is not a once of experience. I will rather go the Food *****s Market where I get better service and better quality food.
