Poor service Checkers Mthatha

<p>This morning I went to checkers in Mthatha BT Ngebs to buy a gift for my child as she is graduating at present school. To my surprise when I went to pay and asked for them to rap it they said they are not doing the raping until such time, I was then required to buy a cover and a tape myself of which I did, after I have done that hustle the cinsultant at till no6 said she doesn't know how to rap and asked on other consultant who was only not willing to do the raping. The consultant that was asssiting me then referred me to their manger who also said they currently not raping gifts at the moment. Eventually the consultant/cashier who didn't know how to rap finally did with my assistance. Now my question is its festive season already how come clients are asked to buy themselves raping material? And secondly since the staff are not able to do the raping how are they going to do it when that "such" time comes?</p> <p>I am so disgusted by such poor service and inefficiency. </p>
