Poor service

Worst services from Checkers Cradlestone and Monument Park, Replaced items that I did not request. COMPLETELY wrong. Charged me for 10 Sta Soft refills, got 8. Charged in full for replacement item (3 for R30 special) Replace heat patches with Cold spray?? That is NOT my replacement item. You leave out items that has different fragrances (I can only use 1 replacement) I order 4 different fragrances, use your imagination and give me a different fragrance instead of telling me out of stock????? You do not pack fresh fruit with tins?? Not 4 l coldrinks in one bag.That is Cradlestone. Monument Park delivers food that is expiring on the day of delivery. (3 times) Last time Just had enough. Credit my "account with Checkers" Manager not even bothering to aplogise. You need to something as Pick 'n Pay does this as well as Woolworths.......
