Poor Service

This delivery service is not consistent. I have phoned them and given them suggestions on how we can better the address but they are not listening. They will drive 20km past my house but tell me I live to far. I have followed one of the bikes once to see where they go. I send my exact location with directions on the app for the driver. One week they deliver and the next they cancel. This is the worst service I have every experience. Everyone else that delivers at my house, has no problem finding it.
