Poor Service by Checkers staff

I've had a bad experience at the hand of the Checkers 360 Order pickers. They are rude and incosiderate as if the online customers are more important than customers that are in the shops. Just because they are racing against time they need to be cognizant all customers are equally important and need to like Customer is king. They can bump into your shopping trollery and do not apologize, whenever are approaching your diection you need to make way for them and they obsure traffic on the isles. The focus has been shifted to the online customers that is evident on the poor service that has detoriated. I have obsrved 3 stores that I shopped at which is Checkers Hyper Mall of Africa, Sandton and Southgate. All the 360 Pickers excel in making other shoppers to not enjoy their shopping experiences.
