Poor service at Checkers Grey owl

I arrived at Checkers Grey owl and I wanted a cashback service. I waited in line at till 9. Then when i got there, the lady who helped me was rude and asked a differe Teller to help me. Then when i moved to the different teller, I was told to wait all the way at the back of the long line. I am unhappy with the poor service. I request an apology or something because it was a huge inconvenience for me as for waiting in 2 lines. I request a call back on ***.
