Poor Service and Untrained staff

I have never experienced such poor service as I have every time I visit Checkers Cape Gate. So I choose not to visit this store anymore. So Saturday I visit Checkers Okovango and once again I feel like pulling out my hair. This will be the last time I will ever visit ANY Checkers stores again. The staff looks like they just got death sentenced. No one greets, the deli, bakery and the cigarette counter take there time. They look at you out of the corner of there eye without saying anything. Girls stand and chat in the corners with each other while you must wait to be seen to. All of your staff needs customer training. I even got the eye when I gave my card to pay, that's her way of telling me to put my card in the machine myself. The only word I got out of her was "bag". They are unfriendly. At Okovango the braai shelve had no prices. When we asked to be assisted with prices the lady said " I don't know" so we asked if she can find out what the prices are. She walked away without saying a word never to be seen again. I can go on and on and on. I am so done with Checkers!
