Poor service and unsafe

We always buy at checkers hyper rustenburg but last weekend we had poor service. We were at the deli to buy buy pastries and asked the lady if they had eclairs she said with a bad attitide no and left. Not asking if we need anything else. We waited about 10 minutes and left and didnt receive any service. There is a lot of tills but only a few open then we had to wait in a cue of about 20 people an hour plus to pay or other stuff. Also my phone was stole out of my pocket in july inside checkers. And when i asked the security to see who it wad they said they dont know as the cameras didnt cover all isles... So anyone can ***** anything and walk out. It pathetic.... Dont want to go back there...
