Poor service and s****s

On the 1st of March 2019 I went to Checkers Liquor. While I was making my purchase at the till point I requested for cashback and was told by the cashier that he does not have any cash.

I then asked him to check with the till point next to him and the other cashier said she dont have. I then requested to ask for the intervention of the store manager on duty to get the cash from the main store. The cashier mentioned that the manager cannot do that so I asked why and the cashier mentioned that the manager was only for the liquor store and cannot help with getting cash from the main store.

The cashier then mentioned to me that he will check in his till if he has the cash after telling me he does not have. Just then the store manager came to the till and mentioned that the cashier does have cash because she checked on the system???

In the process of my purchase the store manager was speaking to the cashier in her language, Zulu which I understand, telling that I am a Stupid.

I completed my purchase and mention to the manager and cashier that I'm not a stupid and left the store.

Its unprofessional for a customer to be called a stupid and in a different language. Very poor s****s and service.
