Poor service and security measures

On the 12th of November 2021 hubby and I went to buy a few things valued at just under R200 we were travelling together with our friends however at the time only me and my husband went to the shop to buy the few items we needed as we are on a vacation we paid and Walked out at the door of Checkers we meet our friends who said they needed to buy more things hubby turned back to the shop and I walked back to the parking lot after a while hubby comes back walking to the parking lot of the mall we see about 10 man Checkers security taking our things out of the trolly and shouting “suspect” so now we all shocked what the hell is happening a few minutes later they ask for slip we still waiting for the part were we going to get an explanation of what’s happening when they realise that they got what they wanted which we still haven’t being told what is it as we still taken by surprise by the approach we had received like we have ****** we all don’t know what they were looking for they disappeared back to their post when we went back to demand an apology for the manner of approach used we where told stories about them getting a tip-off how can 10 people drive from Johannesburg to come and ***** water and a toothpaste at checkers???? We demanded that we need the guys that harrassed my husband apologise all of a sudden no body knew who they are or where they work as for Checkers security he went missing in action when his supposed to answers who on earth wouldn’t be upset if people came at you shouting suspects and going through your trolly without asking for permission? As a customer his right were violated if this is the treatment given to customers who are coming to Bela Bela to relax and have a good time Checkers has to be the last place to shop for anything because their Treatment is not professional at all checkers managers attended to us after some time as we were asking questions to the security guy who couldn’t answer a thing as for the camera person she knew nothing about us being suspects of anything so we were basically harassed for no reason.... any feedback would be appreciated on the given email address *** .
