Poor Service and Poor advertising

Goods ordered to be delivered between 11:00 - 12:00pm on the 20th of Dec 2020. 50% of what is suppose to be in stock is not in stock. I requested to cancel order via *** however they can't cancel. It is 12:41pm and the delivery comes with half the delivery and my money is out my account. Delivery ***.
