Poor service and overall bad shopping experience

Checkers Hyper Witbank Klipfontein. Very poor service!!! Items on shelf, when u get to paypoint you get informed you can't buy it... The Manager gets called and tell us it doesn't get sold separately, only in boxes of 10, but all the box is open and incomplete?! Please train your packers and staff to NOT OPEN ITEMS that gets sold in packs of 10 then.... And also make sure that your "box of ten" is then at all listed on your system as it didn't even wanted to scan so we could atleast then get a price. Staff behind till just laughs about it. Unacceptable, unprofessional and disgusting to say the least.
