Poor service and off meat!!

I bought 3 racks of ribs at the store to find that two of them were horibbly off I spent 3000rand on groceries and 4 hours in the shop . The service was not very helpful and neither was the staff . People chatting to one another and having laughs while there are long line and people that needs to be attended to . It's disgusting.
