Poor service and No feedback

On 10 August 2015. I was pick pocketted in your store. <br> I told the manager and a guy by the name of Vincent, they told me they would look into this as someone stole my Iphone and I wanted them to see who was it that stole my cellphone. They told me that they will get back to me that very day. They also mentioned that this happening often but showed no concern for me.<br> <br> First they were not really accommodating and didn't even care. The General Manager just said sorry and hope you still support us without even getting up or trying to assist me. He just said that he will look into it and get back to me.<br> <br> Till today I have not heard from them neither have they even contacted me to find out if I was ok. Is this the service you provide to your clients.
