Poor Service and no feedback!

<p>We were having a function and required a rather large order of rolls, 8 dozen. Understandably Checkers request pre-ordering so thay can plan their side. I placed my order 4 days before the time AND was requested to pay for it, which I duly did, I was reassured that this time they would get it right and my order would be ready on time on the day. When I went to collect on the day, not only was my order not ready, they couldn't find the record of it! When speaking to a manager re the issue, my husband had to ask him to stop shouting at me and get his attitude in check, seeing it was their mistake and NOT MINE! A week later I am still waiting for some sort of feedback, an apology etc. It is the 3rd time the same branch has done the exact same thing. I think next time I take these orders to Pick 'n Pay who actually delivered on their side for another big order on the same day! Shocking service and disappointed that it hasn't improved ivo this being strike 3!</p>
