Poor service and NO communication

Placed a order with Checkers 6060 on Hartbee****rt at 15:45. At 17:30 we phone to follow up on our order delivery status just to find out that our delivery is only scheduled for the following morning.

Is there no way that this could have been communicated to the client??????? No feedback??????

Just communicate something on the app or a sms or phone call to notify your clients.

We had plans for tonight and only to find myself driving to Pick n Pay now to do my shopping.

Very poor service.
