Poor Service and no Apologies

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would really. The sixty60 services of checkers is beyond poor. I’ve ordered goods and the whole order was cancelled but never received my money. They’ve been giving me one story after the other, call after call and they always promise to call back but never do. The incident occurred on 8 Dec 2022 and until today I’m still waiting. And now I’m being told that it’s too late for me to get my money back, how is that my fault?? And the consultant I spoke to now(Mbuyi Kilima) just told me she can’t do anything and even when I asked for an apology she refused to apologise for the bad service… they have definitely lost me as a customer together with my family and friends…
