Poor Service and incompetency of Staff

I went to Checkers Colombian Square Johannesburg South the 03 of December 2020 to place an order for a platter and paid for it on the same day.

The order was placed with Zinhle The next day went for collection afternoon and I find out that the platter order was not done and Zinhle was off .

Ntombi Mazothana and Godfrey Malele tried calling with no success.

I was very disappointed with the service and incompetency of Zinhle disciplinary action should be taken again her she is not serious about her work.

Ntombi Mazothana didn't see this wrong i was not happy they way she handled the latter.

I had to wait for an hour while they are preparing a platter

Guys thank you for your service it sucks rotation of staff it's a must they get used to station they work too long on one site results on such disgusting nonsense and customers service . Training on handover of duties (signed off) and responsibilities , accountability should be conducted to all the staff.
